Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the then-current billing period or free trial. That cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period or free trial. You can cancel your subscription via the platform on which you purchased. For Home Territory changes, please contact Customer Support.

Bally Sports Website

  1. Go to https://www.ballysports.com/settings/account
  2. Click on Subscription 
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Click on Cancel Your Subscription.

Google Play Store

  1. On your Android device, go to the Google Play Store app.

  2. Click on your Google account.

  3. Select Payments and Subscriptions.

  4. Select Subscriptions.

  5. Select Bally Sports.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription.

iOS App Store

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Bally Sports.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Roku

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.

  2. Highlight the Bally Sports channel.

  3. Press Star on your remote to open the options menu.

  4. Select Manage subscription.

  5. To unsubscribe, select Cancel subscription.

  6. To confirm, select Cancel subscription.

  7. Select Done.

  1. Go to https://www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions.

  2. Find Bally Sports and select Actions.

  3. Choose Edit payment information.

  4. Select View billing history.

  5. Select Cancel your subscription.
