Can I change my home zip code?

Your home zip code is tied to the zip code used at sign up.

If you are a Bally Sports subscribers: You cannot change your zip code and must reach out to the Help Desk at help.ballysports.com/ContactUs to have your zip code updated. 

If you are not a Bally Sports subscriber: To update the home zip code, please refer to the following steps:

Ballysports.com:
Log on to ballysports.com
Go to ballysports.com/settings/account
Under Account Details, scroll to Home Zip code
Enter the correct zip code and click Update

Mobile Application:
Open BS+ app on your Android or iOS device
Go to bottom menu and click on MORE
Go to Account details and find Home Zip Code
Enter the correct zip code and click Update

Connected TV Device:
Go to Settings
Under Account, scroll down to Home Zip Code
Enter the correct zip code and click Update
